If your family avoid snacking because with healthy reasons, perhaps the concept of the diet needs to be evaluated. According to research it turns out people who are accustomed to snacking between meals tend to be healthier.

People who are accustomed to snacking is known to have a healthier diet, eat more fruit and less often consumption sodium, compared with people who are accustomed to eating at mealtimes only.
